I always wash my face at night so that I don’t go to sleep with any makeup on.

Soft cotton balls. I am always searching for the softest cotton balls that will be gentle on my face when I take off my makeup.

Victoria’s Secret Body Lotion. It smells and feels really good on my skin.

So whatever I put on my face, I’ll put it right here on my body (motioning to the area between her breasts and her chin). Or I use a body moisturizer there.

Every time I shower I have to put on moisturizer or oil. I’m always moisturizing my skin.

I don’t really do spray tans. I’m always in the sun playing volleyball or surfing, so I put on a lot of sunblock. I like the natural sun.

I love nail polish. I’m kind of obsessed with it. In the winter, I love taupe colors, like You Don’t Know Jacques (OPI). During the summer, I like to wear mint greens and oranges.

One of my favorite beauty products is Vincent Longo Water Canvas creamy blush. I have it in every color and I’ve been using it for 5 years and that’s all I put on when I leave the house. It looks so natural I just put a little bit on my cheeks to give them some color.

If I don’t have much time, I put on mascara, concealer, bronzer, and a little liner. I try to do a little liner—I’m horrible with it, but I’ve been trying and I’ll never give up.

As for hair, masques are very important to keep my hair healthy.

I love Moroccanoil products for the smell. And I also use Kérastase Volumactive because my hair is very straight, so I like things that give nice volume.

I try to put a treatment in once a week. I used a 5-10 minute treatment from Kérastase.

Coconut Water has a lot of minerals. It hydrates you and it’s really delicious – the taste is incredible.

I’ve always eaten whatever I wanted. I don’t eat a lot, but I have a little bit of everything. Some people just think about food all the time because they don’t eat. They get so anxious.

Last year, because I had a baby and I had to lose pounds, I did a lot of cardio. This year is all about weights, squats and lunges.
