I drink as much water as I can stomach, and I drink a lot of Blueprint green juices. I know it sounds so weird! But try them — you feel amazing afterwards.

I use standard exfoliating face wash once a day, simple moisturizer when my face is dry, and that’s about it!

…take your makeup off before you go to bed. I know you’re tired, drunk, upset, whatever — just do it. It takes much less time than it does to cover up the zits you’ll get if you don’t!

I have to work carefully with my skin, since it’s really sensitive. So I don’t use anything harsh on it.

I’m always carrying the [Simple Hydrating] exfoliating wipes and the eye makeup remover wipes though. On a flight or after I’m wearing full makeup, I use them to clean my face. And I use the wipes right on the plane—I don’t care who’s in the seat next to me. As soon as the plane lands, I’m using them.

I [wash] my face with the [Simple] foaming cleanser and applied the protective [Simple Hydrating Light] moisturizer—it’s the only SPF I’ve tried that won’t break you out—and then I use the [Simple] revitalizing eye roller.

At the end of the day I use the [Simple Hydrating] exfoliating wipes and eye makeup wipes, followed by the [Simple Hydrating Light] moisturizer. I love that one because a pet peeve of mine is feeling like your cream is coming off on your pillow, and this doesn’t feel like it’s packed on yet sliding off.

The original Chapstick is my main hang. I stock up on them like they’re going out of style, which I know they aren’t.

I also really love this French product called Homeoplasmine, which I have to get my fancy French-living friends to get for me. It’s an amazing ointment that can be used for anything.

[For my lashes, He focuses on the roots, i learned that form Joe the makeup artist on the show, just focus on the roots and the ends will just kind of figure themselves out.

Allison Williams Hair Secrets and Routine

On season one [of Girls] we used a lot of Oscar Blandi‘s stuff, a lot of Oribes stuff, a lot of the textured sprays that they both make.

I got lucky in the hair department — it’s pretty low-maintenance. I would say that people don’t give enough credit to what a great haircut can do. Splurge on a great cut every once in a while.

I use different shampoos and conditioners all the time, so there isn’t really a routine there. Maybe switching it up is a routine in and of itself…who knows.

Allison Williams Diet and Fitness Secrets and Routine

I really like it [Soul Cycle] and I got to a place where, before I started traveling a lot, I got to a place where I was on the 2nd row and it was a little too much pressure for me so I went back to the 3rd row. I just like to go in there and be completely invisible and do my thing.

I do love Soul Cycle and Core Fusion is good for the muscle toning.

My mother is someone I grew up with, who is very nutritional in the way that she ate. She is always someone who believes there should be a fruit and a protein, and veggies, and the balanced meal. I definitely inherited that from her. She’s always been a manic exerciser, in a very yogic sense. She loves doing yoga and pilates and things like that, so I grew up appreciating cardio and also just muscular exercise type things.
