Always moisturize and use spf. The sun can age and damage your skin very quickly!

Drink alot of water, wash your face every night to remove makeup and impurities. Its also good to get a peel or facial once a month.

I use Clinique face wash, daily moisturizer with SPF 15 and night cream and eye cream. They are all anti age products and pretty affordable.

I wake up have a healthy meal, and work out.

You only have one body, one life, so i like to treat mine well.

I love snacking on fruit and almonds. My favorite fruit is pineapple and it works as a great digestive enzyme!

I like to eat pretty healthy and make good food choices such as fruit,fish, and veggies. I do however let myself have a cheat day (or two) on the weekends.

I don’t eat a whole lot of carbs.

I always work out, and I always eat healthy.

If you’re craving something, eat it. Otherwise, you’re going to eat something else that won’t satisfy you, and eventually you’ll eat what you craved anyway. Just don’t overdo it.

I work out 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule doing cardio, kickboxing, and weights.

I don’t like to take any crazy, unnatural supplements, but I do use glutamine. I put it in my protein shakes, and it really helps with muscle soreness.

Muay Thai is also great for the butt—it’s a full-body workout. You can feel your abs and glutes work when you’re kicking.

My job is to look good, you know? A lot of people try to get ready for bikini season. I like to say I have bikini season all year.
