I try to do just 1200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.

The frappuccinos are gone, but I do still drink coffee.

I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.

Trying to get up and go work out in the morning [is hard]. But once you get up and do it you feel like you’ve conquered the world.

I was working with male trainers and recently switched to a woman because she knew how to lean me out better.

I run a lot (on the treadmill) in hotels when I’m on tour and I do light weights and a little bit of cardio.
