I always wash my face with Surgras soap. Then I’ll apply Kiehl’s Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion and follow up with Roséliane d’ Uriage cream—it’s the only cream I can use on my sensitive skin.

I never go to bed without taking off my makeup. I use the Water Make-up Remover from Uriage, and then I follow with the same routine that I use in the morning.

I love red shades so I tend to go all out on lipsticks. I’m a huge fan of the smoky eye but I also like a fresh and natural look, so it just depends on my mood.

Less is more. I’ve always preferred the natural look.

But the one thing I always travel with is my concealer. No matter what I do – whether it’s playing up my eyes or creating a bold lip – the skin is the most important thing. It has to look flawless and have an even tone.

I visit the market every weekend in Paris—just like I did when I was in L.A.— for organic and local vegetables and chicken. But because I like to travel so much, it’s a challenge to eat healthy food all of the time.

I do watch what I eat, but not for weight reasons. It will sound really pretentious, but when I am really busy I forget to eat. I feel like I am a little skinny right now because I have just finished a movie and have been flying lots. I try to avoid all processed foods, too.

When you’re really busy you tend to lose a lot of weight. You don’t eat properly, you don’t eat at the right times. But I try to eat organic; no burritos more than once every couple of weeks or so.

Even though I’m certainly not the vegan/vegetarian crazy person – I don’t believe in any of those silly diets where you cut out something for six months and you lose 30lbs. I really believe your body needs everything. Some people are really skinny but they’re also gaunt – they gotta eat a yoghurt or something, there’s something missing in their diet.

I don’t obsess about my weight. I just know I’ve got to watch it when my pants feel tight.

I pretty much did ballet for more that 11 years and nothing else. I actually just got back into it about two years ago. I train with my instructor three or four times a week.

I also do ab workouts and weight training to help tone my glutes.

I’ve been biking lately in Paris, especially since I sold my car. So that definitely helps!

For exercise, I tend to like the outdoors. In Paris, I rent a bike in the street and cycle around, and in L.A. I live up in the hills so I go hiking a lot. I like to stay fit by being generally active.

I don’t like to go the gym: I like to go hiking. I sold my car in Paris, I like riding my bike.
