Ellie Goulding Makeup Secrets and Routine

If I had to take anything with me anywhere, it would be Topshop Makeup’s little Neon Rose pot. I dab it on my lips and cheekbones.

My total phobia is being pale or not having any color on my lips so I don’t wear that much eye makeup.

My Crème del la Mer moisturizing gel. It is the best moisturizing gel in the world. My face never has any problems, it’s incredible.

My favorite nail design is black, it goes with everything.

Always remove your makeup at night. Don’t fall asleep with makeup on and don’t wear too much of it.

My hairdresser in the UK, Adam Reed has his own line, Percy and Reed and it’s really good. And I use Moroccan Oil and Kerastase as well.

I’m pretty healthy too but I definitely do have my vices, I love alcohol, especially cocktails which I know are really sugary but you have to have a bit of the stuff you like.

I drink lots of green tea and water in the day so it’s like I’m either really bad or really good.

Ellie Goulding Fitness Secrets and Routine

I train everyday, I go to the gym and I run, row and do weights as well …

I love yoga, its good for strength, but if your someone who’s quite antsy you should really go for a big run.

High- energy sports like Capoeira, which is a martial art dance where you’re constantly on your hips gets you really good hip muscles.

It’s something I feel like, as long as I’ve got the mentality that running is part of my life and I have to do it to survive.

It’s like eating and sleeping. If I do miss a day, I just make up for it the next time I go for a run.

The thrill of running is purely physical. I could tell you it’s a spiritual high but that would be a lie. I’m an endorphin addict. I love the idea of my body being how it should be – in shape and active, able to deliver. The more I train and see muscle definition, the more inspired I am to push myself harder.
