For Victoria’s Secret shoots I frequently work with Fulvia Farolfi and Shay Ashual and they’ve taught me how to use a little highlighter on the inner eye, cheekbones and collar bones.

It really is about eating the right things. You can’t be too hard on yourself if you work out and eat right most of the time, though. I’m gluten free, but that still allows me some chocolate!

I’m not into juice cleanses.

I try to eat as healthy as possible. This includes eating a balanced diet of foods such as granola, vegetables, protein, nuts, etc.

I enjoy eating fruits as my healthy snack.

The best piece of health advice that I have received is to eat on a consistent basis to maintain a proper level of energy.

A mistake a lot of girls make is that they work out but don’t eat enough

If you’re not eating enough, all the work outs are doing, it’s not going to show. You could be doing a million butt lifts, but your butt is not going to get any bigger because there is nothing to build on. Your body needs food to make that happen.

I work out twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. I’ll start with half an hour of running and then some yoga to stretch everything out so everything is warm. In the evening I do butt lifts.

I like to work out approximately four times per week. We generally try to schedule an appropriate workout for future events

My background was always playing sports at high school. I was always an athlete – I played basketball and ran track, so staying in shape for modelling is second nature for me.

Working out gives me the opportunity to let go and listen to my music; it’s a big stress reliever.

I run for half an hour and then do yoga – it’s a golden combination for me and when I travel it’s a great way to see a city.

If I really want to look great the morning of a shoot, I like to go on a run and do yoga. It makes my legs look tighter and learner.

I love to run on the beach. Summer is a great chance to get outdoors.

I really try to do a full-body workout rather than focusing on a specific part of my body. I utilize a variety of exercises to maximize my heart rate to burn calories.

I like to mix up my workout schedule to ensure that the routine will not become mundane.

I like to inform my trainer of upcoming events so that we may coordinate a proper workout plan for each event. Sometimes the workout intensifies depending on the upcoming schedule.

It’s important to be fit, but you shouldn’t get too skinny. You need to have curves.

People’s bodies are, in part, genetic. We can work out to our heart’s content, but some of us will be naturally thinner than others and some will be naturally heavier. I know women who run 10 miles a day and still look overweight, and I know women who do nothing and are very thin.
