My beauty routine is quite basic but I always use lots of moisturizer  When I’m in warmer, drier climates I use plenty of Crème del la Mer.

I make a lot of time for baths. It is the only thing I do to de-stress. I don’t drink or smoke. It’s all I have! I like milk baths & oils. And I love Jo Malone bath oils – the grapefruit, lime and basil or the rose.

Sometimes we get caught up in what we need to do next and forget about what are the very essential and important things in life. I treasure my time to sleep. It’s just as important as eating or exercise.

I never drank or smoked, and it’s really paying off now because my skin is still really good with moisturizing and getting good sleep.

I’ve never had Botox or any of those things. But when I need to, maybe I will.

It’s something sexy about shaving your legs. The Venus Gillette products — even the Satin Care — comes out so smooth and beautiful.

[3 must have beauty products] Sunscreen. A moisturizing sunscreen, which I believe is from SkinCeuticals. Lip gloss. A spray mist — something with water because with wearing so much makeup, it’s good to get a little bit of moisture.

I just try to take care of myself, because it’s so easy to get lazy, and not cleanse your skin and not put moisturizer on before you go to bed, or not use conditioner on your hair when you can.

[First thing in the morning] I have a shower to get that fresh, clean feeling I love, and then I put on my moisturizer. I always use lots of moisturizer.

To get a natural, radiant look I choose neutral shades of make-up for my lips and eyes – the more nude, the better.

I usually have lip gloss in there, and perfume, mascara and moisturizer  That’s about it. Oh, and I love bronzer too.

Sleep is my weapon. I try to get eight hours a night. I think what works best is sleep, water—and a good cleanser.

I eat a lot less now than I used to. But I love bread and youre not allowed bread with most diets.

I try to watch what I eat. I know what’s good for me, and I know what’s bad for me, and I try to stay away from the bad things, but like anybody I indulge once in a while.

If I’m trying to lose weight, I just cut carbohydrates.

One good trick is to have a goal – for me it may be getting in shape for a video shoot. Another is portion control. I love to eat everything and you pretty much can – a little piece of something fattening is not going to kill you. It’s when you eat the whole box that it’s going to kill you.Just like anybody, I try to watch what I eat. There’s no big science to it…

Part of my business is about being in shape and looking good. You can’t lie to yourself about it . . .

I have a trainer in L.A. and I have yoga classes.

I worked out a lot. I struggled to get rid of the last 20 pounds. I had to change my eating habits after having the twins.

I’m very athletic, and I’ve been that way since I was young. I always ran and danced, and played tennis and stuff like that. I still do weights and cardio, but I try to take a soft, feminine approach. I’m definitely not fanatical.

I’m just like anybody else, in that you have the body type you have, and you know what you have to do to get in top form, and you know how you are when you slack off.

I’m only human, and sometimes I feel like working out, and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I feel great about myself, and sometimes I think, ‘Oh God, I have work to do.’ It’s just normal women’s stuff.

I’m working with my trainer, Autumn Fladmo, doing the Tracy Anderson method right now. We do a lot of arms and legs and abs. She also throws in little dance routines just to get the blood moving. And I use weights – nothing too heavy, just enough to work up that sweat and get in shape and get the body nice and limber.

I used to work out all the time, but over the years, I’ve tapered off. Now I focus when I have to [get in shape for a movie or video]. And I’m not a big dieter. I know when there’s a little extra here or there. And then I just adjust a little—I don’t kill myself.
