Katherine “Kate” Upton is an American model and actress, known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue first in 2011, when she was named Rookie of the Year, and again in 2012, when she was announced as the cover model.

Read below to get the scoop on all of Kate Upton beauty secrets, beauty tips, skincare secrets, diet and fitness tips and more.

Kate Upton Skincare Secrets and Routine

My favorite beauty product is the Chanel Hydramax + Active moisturizer. I travel so much, so my skin always dries out, but this moisturizer is so amazing — but not too strong to make you oily.

I love Bliss Spa! I go there for routine facials, and I use their face wash and toner.

I would recommend a bikini wax before bathing suit season. It hurts so much, but it’s worth it!

I like to put olive oil on my skin when it’s dry, and I make my own yogurt masks sometimes.

Kate Upton Makeup Secrets and Routine

My favorite mascara is Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill, and my favorite eye shadow is Revlon ColorStay in Coffee Bean.

My favorite makeup secret I learned from Guess is lip liner — something so simple that does so much.

I love makeup —the more time I have, the more I put on. Even though natural is beautiful, I love a smoky eye.

I always feel confident when I have a nice smoky eye.

[My signature scent is] Coco by Chanel.

Kate Upton Hair Secrets and Routine

My favorite hair product is Sebbag Essentials. It keeps your hair healthy and shiny, plus it smells great.

Kate Upton Diet Secrets and Routine

I never deprive myself. If I’m craving something once a week, then I’ll go have it. Ice cream or whatever, I just eat the foods I like.

I don’t want to starve myself. I still want to hang out with my family and be a normal girl. You have to be confident, and that doesn’t mean starving yourself.

I always try to keep a healthy diet, and a special thanks to my trainer, Justin Gelband.

Kate Upton Fitness Secrets and Routine

It’s really important to stay slim for the [modeling] industry, but you still want to have a body.

Get the best body for you. Be fit for you, don’t worry about what everyone else is doing.

The more you change your exercise the better off your body will be because you’re working different muscle groups.
