Caudalie Beauty Elixir. It’s a hydrating spray, and on the plane it’s really helpful.

I’ve religiously used [Kate Somerville Skincare Collection] on my face for the past 6 months.

I just love their [Johnsons] Green Tea Lotion. [It] makes you smell fresh and zen!

EYE drops! They always help you look awake and fresh, even when you’re jet-lagged and sleepy.

Palmer’s cocoa butter body lotion. I lotion every day. I can’t leave the house without it!

I also have regular facials. I’m addicted to Maki at Ole Henriksen spa.

I love, love, love—if I have an extra-long amount of time—to get lash extensions. They look like you’re wearing a strip every single day.

I will never get a regular manicure again if I don’t have to because the gels are just an amazing invention. A regular one lasts two or three days; with the gels you can bang your hands against anything. And those Sally Hansen Salon Effects strips are genius. All of my dancers are using them—amazing designs.

My makeup has sunscreen in it, but … when I’m touring I am indoors a lot during the day.

I’ve always sworn by the Lip Salvation scrub by Ole Henriksen. I definitely like to start with fresh lips before putting on lipstick.

I use Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil to take my makeup off after the show.

I’ve been wearing Sephora Nano Lips liner in a fuchsia. It’s the best color for my skin tone.

Another thing I love right now is wearing lilac shadow with blue mascara—the shadow is Dior in the Misty Mauve set and the [blue] mascara is Yves Saint Laurent.

[Laura Mercier] covers any spot without looking cakey!

[Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf is] sweet and sexy, but not too intense.

I never wear a gloss because my hair gets in the gloss ‘cause I move around too much and it streaks on my face. I’m just more of a matte girl in general. It’s just what I like.

Nouba is a lipstick that I love. It’s a blue-red lipstick with a little gold shimmer in it. I also blot it with a tissue and then I put powder over it—and then it stays. And stains are perfect too. [Especially] The Benefit stain.

[Favorite makeup remover] It’s Shu Uemura. It’s an oil that you put dry on your hands and just use on your face and towel it off! It’s so good because…it takes all of it.

I live and die by baby wipes. I use ‘em for my hands and my makeup… and there’s this egg-shaped sponge [beautyblender]  that I live and die by too.

I love my Minx nails. They’re fabulous. I love nail decals.

I usually only wear Minx because the regular manicure or only lasts 2 and 1/2 days on me.

I swear by this stuff [L’Oréal Professional Vitamino Color] lately, as I’ve had my hair coloured about every 4 weeks since I was 15. It makes it feel fresh and new, like it’s just been cut!”

I love the Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo black powder. I use that all the time.

When I was on the road, I liked to have a light soup, a piece of grilled chicken and some quinoa with grilled asparagus for dinner

I always need my daily vitamins and I loved fresh-pressed juices and coconut water. I also love snacks, but pick healthier options like veggies and hummus, tangerines or Popchips.

Eating healthy is so important because I can’t afford to get sick. When I was on the road, it was very important to eat a balanced meal and to make sure my energy was up for every two-hour show.

On Sundays I get to have a cheat day where I go buck wild and eat In-N-Out Burger

[My favorite breakfast] is egg whites with ham, tomatoes, onion and cheese.

I drink a lot of water. Staying hydrated is important. I don’t understand how some people live off of diet soda. I have a couple of friends who I have never seen with a bottle of water in their hands. I don’t know how they get recharged.

I love mushrooms. I could eat a ton of them! I really love truffles but I hardly ever get them. Mushrooms in general are so healthy and good for you. I can’t get enough.

I like to have my greens and cut out fast food.

It is [The 5-Factor Diet] just a nice, organic diet where you eat stuff like brown rice instead of white rice. Brown is a bit boring and white is all white, sugary and delicious.

On holidays I eat whatever I feel like. But on tour the catering is a lot of grilled chicken—nothing fried. Everything is organic, and I have soy milk. No chips in sight—if they’re in front of you, you eat them.

[My routine includes] waking up early, starting my day with a workout, meditating and getting fresh air.

I love being outdoors. I prefer to go on hikes or ride my bike.

I like to jump rope! It’s like dancing. I can double jump, I can cross, I can do all of it. I look like Rocky!”

I like to skip rope and eat as healthily as I can.
