The three best beauty tips I’ve ever been given are to get enough rest, to get enough sleep really. To drink enough water, staying hydrated makes the whole difference for me. And also that beauty really starts within.

When my nutrition is where it needs to be then that shows in my skin, in my hair, in my eyes, in my physique.

I just think there are few things that are as important to beauty as being hydrated.

[Fish oil has] really helped in terms of my skin. I had eczema as a kid and sometimes if I get really stressed out or if I’m not watching what I’m eating it can flare up…the fish oil helps me to have enough healthy fatty acids.
