The night before [a] show I scrub my entire body with the VS body scrub. It’s great to give your skin that glowing, healthy look on the runway

I [put on] an eye mask made by [Skyn Iceland]. I just [leave] it on for ten minutes just to make me feel more refreshed and angelic.

I make sure I get plenty of sleep…I like to have 9 hours so I am completely rested and ready to go.

I exfoliate my entire body and Victoria Secret as an entire body scrub. My favorite is Love Spell, it smells amazing. It’s really really moisturizing and also exfoliating at the same time.

I’m obsessed with skin care, so I took a bunch of big hats and sunscreen that was prescribed by my dermatologist, called Elta MD. It’s really great, especially if you have sensitive skin. I’m really skin conscious, so I will tan my legs a lot, but I am really careful of my face.

I’ve been really stepping it up as far as doing new workouts, stuff that’s fun. It has to be fun for me, otherwise I just won’t do it.

I do Ballet Beautiful, which was started by a professional ballerina. She really just works on toning and lengthening your muscles.

I do hip-hop classes, because it’s fun [and] it’s a great workout. You’re not even thinking about the workout, because it’s just so much fun.

I travel a lot so I prefer exercises that require just my body and no equipment and I have some great ones I take with me on the go.

I was always involved in dance teams growing up. Maybe that’s why I can’t stand running in a straight line on a treadmill now!

When it comes to exercise, I don’t like anything that’s too serious.
