We all know that alter egos make the best salads… right? Well, Beyonce’s alter ego, Sasha Fierce, created a delicious salad that helped Beyonce diet and lose weight after the baby. It’s called The Sasha Salad and  Beyonce told SELF that its oh so good and decadent:

 For lunch, I invented a salad, the Sasha Salad, which is lettuce, tomato, avocado, jalapenos and chicken breast with oil and vinegar. It’s really delicious because it tastes like it’s not very good for you…”

After trying it ourselves with have to agree with this Beyonce diet tactic. This salad is not just yummy but it is packed with nutrients that help feel full and satisfied. Here’s the breakdown:
