One of my favorite beauty tips is to put some excess moisturizer under each eye when doing your eye makeup so any flakes that fall below the eye can easily be wiped away when you are finished without pulling on the delicate skin under your eyes.

I’m kind of lazy when it comes to my skin. But the Neutrogena Wave is fun! You put it on a cleansing pad, press the button, and it vibrates as you wash your face!

Over the years, I have worked with some of the best makeup artists in Hollywood who all say that the key to a beautiful look starts with beautiful clear skin, which is the foundation for any great look. This is why it is so important to take care of your skin as it shows through regardless of what you put on top. No matter how rushed I am in the morning or tired at the end of the day, I always make sure to wash my face before going to sleep.

Exercise is amazing, from the inside out. I feel so alive and have more energy

[When I sit on the front row in cycling class] I feel like everyone is looking forward, therefore they can see what I’m doing. And that pushes me to do the best I can. And for some reason, whenever I spin, I look up at myself in the mirror and I get this really ferocious, angry look on my face like I’m about to kill someone. It’s crazy. It’s like my zen.

I like to work out with friends. It gives you someone to look at and say, ‘I’m dying!’ to.

[Piloxing] It’s a cross between boxing and Pilates. You’re on a mat and they give you these weights you put on, like gloves, and you’re jumping around and throwing punches. It’s super high cardio.

Pilates gives me the best abs. It works my lower abs, which are the hardest things to get ever. Then cycling for cardio–man, when I cycle, I just sweat profusely.

If I’m feeling really energetic, happy-go-lucky, I’ll put on all the hits [when working out]. All the songs I like listening to–that’s why it’s so fun, you get so into it you completely forget you’re working off your last meal!
